If you value your time, sleep, money, or basic respect as a patient — stay away.
I paid ₹200 for a consultation and was scheduled for a doctor appointment three different times. Each time, I adjusted my schedule and stayed awake according to Indian morning hours as instructed. And each time? No doctor showed up. No notification. No apology. No explanation. Just complete disregard.
Their customer support is shockingly unprofessional. I spoke to multiple representatives, and every single one gave different, conflicting information. None of it was accurate. Instead of fixing the issue, they acted dismissive and rude. Today I spoke with someone named Sandhya, and that conversation made it crystal clear that resolving customer problems is not a priority for them.
They have neither provided the consultation I paid for nor refunded the money nor properly rescheduled an appointment. At this point, it feels like they simply don’t care once they’ve taken your payment.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s a complete failure of accountability, communication, and professionalism. Anyone considering them should seriously reconsider before wasting their time and money the way I did.

If this is how they treat paying patients, it raises serious concerns about how they run their operations overall. I strongly recommend that anyone considering them save their time, money, and sanity and look elsewhere.

Terrible communication. The day they confirmed my order they charged my credit card and there has been no progress towards shipping since. It’s been more than five days. The app shows no progress. When I try to communicate, I get an AI assistant, which tells me they’re working on it. It’s beginning to feel like a runaround and I am losing trust. They charged me a lot of money and it’s getting very frustrating.

Their prices for weight loss medications don't compare with what people with insurance would pay. The ad has changed my mind on doing business with them in the future.

I can’t even find an account linked to any of my emails. I’ve requested password reset links multiple times, but nothing has arrived. Yet somehow, they still managed to charge me £105 for a product thats six months ago I complained that I didnt want and now 6 months later im getting charged and having the same issue.

Obviously there are no refund so when it does arrive - which I have no idea when - I will be forced to pay for it.

There’s no way to reach anyone directly except via email, and by the time I get a response, I’ll already be charged.

Do not use this company. Scam alert. Worst customer service ever. Completely not worth it.

If you can resolve my issue i will remove this rating

As I was waiting for my order to be filled and shipped I was informed by my primary care physician that I should not be taking any additional medication. I contacted Hims and asked to cancel my order. Hims informed me they would cancel my order and refund my auto refill but not the full order. They stated the order had already been processed and shipped so they could not stop it. I requested again that they refund my full amount, I would be happy to refuse delivery or would be happy to return unopened. They said they could not refund my full order and gave me suggestions on where to get rid of the pills. Later that day they sent me a notification letting me know my order was now processed and being shipped. This is not right. Based on the timing of the communications they did not need to ship my order and could have refunded me the full amount. I am now contacting the BBB and my state attorney general. This company is great at taking your order and money but is completely not interested in servicing their customer. I would strongly suggest not doing business with them.

Disappointing Experience with Lab Results and Charges

I received my lab results and every single line indicated a "high average" category. Less than 24 hours later, I was hit with a charge exceeding $600 and was informed that my prescription was on its way. I tried to contact the service to stop the shipment but received no response. After I threatened to report the credit card transaction as fraudulent, they replied: "I'm happy to hear your testosterone levels are normal. Thank you for sharing your labs with me." Who approves these prescriptions? Do they just send medications out randomly as soon as blood is submitted, without considering the lab results? This is disgraceful. What a scam.

The website is confusing and lacks a contact number. Making basic updates, like changing an address, proves challenging. Instead of assisting current customers, the site seems focused on promoting additional products rather than supporting existing purchases.

Terrible automated support.

The automated customer support is extremely frustrating. If you encounter any problems, the FAQs offer no assistance whatsoever. You'll find yourself going in circles with a very ineffective AI assistant. Overall, it's a disappointing experience.

Frustrating experience with non-functional product

I bought a product, and after a few weeks, I reached out to inform them that it wasn't working and asked for an alternative solution. I received no response. I tried again, but the outcome was the same. I submitted a complaint and was told someone would get back to me. Eventually, I received a reply, but it was just to say to wait six months, and if I wanted to change it, they would consider it then. This came from the clinician, by the way. I declined their offer, and now I'm left with silence and no further responses. I plan to escalate this issue to the regulator, as it's unacceptable for the company to sell medical products that are ineffective and not take any steps to resolve the problem.
