Took money out of my account claiming I had a subscription and left me with no money When I asked for them to refund they said no Do not use them…they don’t care about customer service Wish I could give them minus stars Still no Refund ,still robbing customers Poor excuses ..don’t use Update -still no refund from this terrible company

Product arrived on time. Instructions were clear. A pump sprayer that malfunctioned after a month was replaced promptly after a quick response to my message. Good communication. They seem to be genuinely interested in my having a good experience.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!There are many companies offering the same products and services. Strongly recommend that you go with any of them over Hims/Hers!They canceled my order without me requesting it and then trued to make me go through the whole process again and join the back of the line! You cant speak with anyone and they do nothing proactive to help with any issues you may incur

They are fraudulent do not subscribe. They do not send reminders they ask no questions just ship and charge product. Be careful they do not offer returns. They just ship product.

Be very careful with this company

Be very careful with this company. You can unknowingly end up with a subscription to a product! Some months later without any advance notice they will take payment from your credit card and then let you know AFTERWARDS - and there is no way of cancelling the order. Very unscrupulous company who obviously do this on purpose. When the new law comes in next year, their massive profits will drop.
