I have been on the weight loss program for over six weeks. Followed all the directions pertaining to the injections and timing of them. 4 to 5 days a week I walk over 10,000 steps, but I still have not lost any weight nor has my hunger been deterred. I feel like the only thing I’ve lost was over $2000 in my prescription plan.
GLP products are a scam. I purchased a 6-month program. It didn't work at ALL - yet cost $1500. I was in communication about the product working early on. They had me up the dosage, which cut into 2 of the six months, making my usage period 4 months. Their customer service SUCKED. They offered to compensate me for half of what I paid, and seem comfortable stealing the other half for a product that didn't work - then hung up on me. BUYER BEWARE
Billed although my subscription was on hold. Cancelled my subscription via email for an order that was on hold due to me not giving required medical information. A few hours after the email they send out my subscription and email to say no refunds after the package has been sent.Avoid as they are dodge
The initial customer service is good but after you are a client it gets bad. The medication give me headaches and I reported it and they still sent another shipment and refused to let cancel. They do not let you they are shipping a second order because it’s just a money grab and if they actually notified people they could not get that last order. Do not use this company for anything. You will regret it.
