If you are thinking on buying Hims hair loss product…PLEASE DONT

I would say the main issue with Hims is accountability, which I think is so important in this type of issues. I signed up for the hair loss treatment (topical) and I had to stop after 2.5 months. I started experiencing acne in areas of my face that I never had an issue with and I started having throat issues and loosing my voice. I stoped taking the product and canceled the subscription because there was a refill bottle around that time. I texted the app and they just said “every person is different” and were never accountable. I asked for half of what I paid given that they kept the product and no refill was made and they said there are no refunds. This was the moment I realized Hims does not care at all about the clients health. They just provide “solutions” for topics that are delicate for men and women but they don’t care about the side effects or what happens to you. This happened 5 months ago and I had to spend more money in a dermatologist and I haven’t got my voice back entirely. If you are thinking on buying this, DONT. Honestly is not worth it, you life and health is more important.

Gave it a year for the topical hair…

Gave it a year for the topical hair loss’s spray. Was not seeing any benefit. The product gave me terrible acne that cleared up right when I stopped. Also they are very sketchy…after canceling my subscription, they reactivated it and continue to charge my account. Be careful with this company

everything is working fine with the medicine that I use from HIMS very easy to work with the doctors and staff personnel
