Review Time
I ordered tires on a Friday morning and expected them following week. No they arrived to my shop within hrs. Same day. Plus the ability to make payments on top was incredible. Definitely using again.
I ordered 4 exact new tires. I got 2 in one day, then 1 another day that even tho my shipping tag had the correct tire size on it, the tire itself was a massive semi tire. After getting it shipped back, 2 days later I got the 3rd and the following day the last. I'm satisfied they fixed the issue timely, but it was CLEARLY not even close to being the right tire, someone needs their eyes checked lol
You guys send things fast and if anything happens something might get held up you communicate and let me know what’s going on. I don’t even have to ask questions. Do you guys are doing a great job thank you.
I ordered 4 black wheels and received 3 black and 1 white. Who does that? They claim orders are double checked before shipping, obviously not.
I was told multiple different things about how fast they will correct their blunder. Now I was just told they'll start working on it Monday. That's 4 days of dragging their feet and they say they're expediting the process.
I definitely wouldn't recommend them or use them ever again.
I like the quick ordering process and quick to resolve issues. The only downfall to the delivery is that FedEx ground delivered my tires on the bottom of the staircase and never went to my front door where I have a ring camera.
I wouldn't order from them if their the last tire place! They are inconsiderate and unprofessional! Sent me the wrong tires and made me jump through alot hoops just to get my tires! No compensation for my time and gas to drop off the WRONG tires they sent me!
The rims and tires arrived very fast and were packaged well. Everything showed up in good condition with no damage, and the wheels look great in person. Definitely happy with the quality.
The only issue was that the installation kit included wasn’t the correct size for my setup, so I had to purchase a replacement kit out of pocket. Not a huge deal, but it would’ve been nice if it fit as advertised.
Overall, still a good experience and I’d consider buying from them again.
Tire Agent was very good at what they did but the Pep Boys they sent us too was less than stellar. One technician in the garage area and one person working the desk in a store that was completely under renovation. It felt like walking into a haunted house. We had wait 2 hours for the tires to be done and 30 minutes passed our appointment time. Unfortunately the only company Tire Agent does business with for installs is Pep Boys in the Phoenix area. They probably should find someone else.
