Very disappointing experience

Scam enabler

Tracking is obviously fake - after 31 days the package suddenly was "delivered" but I have cameras that prove otherwise. I believe this "company" exists to enable scams and delay / discourage credit card chargebacks.

After sending a follow-up about my parcel (Tracking Number: AX1000142848CD) this morning 4th July, your website has now suddenly updated to say it was “delivered” on July 1st.Let me be very clear: this package has absolutely NOT been delivered. I have received nothing. No knock at the door, no card left, no picture evidence, and no delivery confirmation. This is completely unacceptable - especially after waiting 28 days.I am extremely upset, frustrated, and disappointed. AX100014778CD. spare tire left HK and arrived in US in 2 days. I don't think so. Then handed to USPS without tracking number and tracking says it was delivered. How do you know? And no it was not delivered and my cameras tell the real story.
