I visited the store in Leamington and found both the shop and staff were First Class!I couldn’t get the coat I wanted on-line, but they were able to source one for me from another store.Clearly, they are passionate about satisfying their customers and go the extra mile to achieve this.I was greeted with smiles and a friendly manner on both my recent visits, which make me want to keep returning to this lovely shop. They get the balance just right without coming across as pushy.An altogether quality shop where customers are served by cherry-picked quality staff.I will be back!
I am waiting for a delivery from Hobbs to be completed by Evri. Three times Evri has advised that a delivery was to be made. However on each occasion, over the last two weeks, the delivery has been delayed and subsequently cancelled. This poor service from Evri is harming Hobbs’ reputation and I am becoming more frustrated as we get closer to Xmas. I therefore contacted Hobbs’ own Customer Service Team to explain the situation and ask for their assistance. They immediately offered help and they have advised that they are attempting to expedite the delivery, but have also advised a very acceptable solution to the problem if Evri are not able to complete the delivery within 24 hours! Hopefully, Evri will meet their commitments and the situation will be easily resolved, but I am happy that Hobbs have already offered me an alternative solution if Evri fail, yet again! Summary is I am very happy with the customer service I am receiving from Hobbs! It is a pity that their good service is being marred by Evri’s poor service to date!
