Would not reccomend at all. Prices are a complete JOKE !!! Quoted me £1500 for a non-branded garbage system with black & white night vision. Thd guy that came was a cheesy salesman, motivated by commision. He refused to see me without my wife being present? Like why??? When I refused the quote, he looked at my wife and said "well he obviously values money over your safety". How dare you.Since had another company who fitted me a top of ths range HIKVISION system with Colour night vision.DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They are ripping you clean off. Most people dont know much about CCTV and they play on that. £1500 is TOP money for what I would say is a £300 system at best. They use re-branded VIPER equipment and brand it as "made for us here in the UK" I know this because someone I know had it fitted and I googled the model number.**EDIT** They have flagged this review as illegal or harmful content. Hahahah its illegal to warn people about this lot... stay clear
Absolutely fantastic company. I started off with 2 cameras and now have a 3rd. I couldn't be happier with the after sales service too. Always keen to help with any query and the install engineers are very polite, friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone!! without a second thought!! well done Homecctv team x
The communication was great with this company and they were very friendly/professional. The picture is brilliant and it has made me feel so much safer in our new home, accessing it on my phone is so handy. We initial had to get a camera moved and they did it really swiftly, even calling me to view to the new position to make sure I was happy. The support team are also great, special mention to James.
We've just had a CCTV system and security alarm installed by Kieran. It's been raining all day but he just got on with the job with a smile on his face, he's a real credit to the business. Perfect installation too, very clean and tidy. We recommend this company to anyone thinking of having CCTV and/or a security system..
I decided to have CCTV fitted after my neighbours kids damaged my car on numerous occasions with a basketball, also due to the growing number of car thefts and burglaries in the area.I had the camera’s fitted in around June 2022 I had seen home CCTV reviews and adverts on Facebook and they did not have one bad review .As a single woman I was nervous asking them round for a visit as I didn’t want to feel under any pressure and just wanted a quote . They were amazing . No hard sale and I was given a really good quote .I decided to have cameras fitted front and back and the installation was quick and efficient . I am not good with tech and the technician took time to sit and show me how to work it and also set up my mobile phone .Approx a year ago I decided to upgrade to better night camera’s and again they were great .What I do like is that I have had a few issues with my mobile and within 10 minutes of messaging them they have sorted it out for me remotely so the aftercare is top quality .I would highly recommend to anyone wanting CCTv fitted or even just for a quote to see how much it would cost . I definitely feel safer in my own home .It’s also nice to support local businesses especially when they are out pricing the bigger companies .
I just wanted to say that I had an installation a couple of years ago now. Whenever I have needed anything at all, ie help with videos etc Jack in Support has been there to help me. He is a real asset to the Company. The After Service is so important. I would fully recommend the company based on Jack’s knowledge and support alone.
From beginning to end, the experience from this firm was brilliant. The price was right and the fitter that upgraded our cctv system was courteous and tidy. My new cameras are top quality and so clear. I can access my real-time pictures on my phone through a app. Long may you reign. 😊
The cameras we was told would be able to zoom in and see reg plates on cars, sadly can not without pixilating, had probs with cameras and sensors and only now almost a year on are they getting sorted.Edited: As now had a new member of staff come out and sort cameras (and alarm sensors, that batts was dead) So far spot on.When you phone with any problems they do listen, and setup a date for a member of staff to attend, Only thing i would add if your looking at getting this system, Go for the best cameras.
