Had my install more than 12 months ago and I have to say the support has been outstanding they are moments away from replying to your questions with their (UK Based) support. No automated queuing systems, proper down to earth reliable UK support and quickly sorted. They didn’t quibble when something needed replacing either, they even did it when I was on holiday! We called Homecctv regarding an extra camera, when Trevor arrived he checked our other two cameras prior to fitting our third, which he mentioned the upgrade cameras. After viewing one of the colour and audio cameras I chose to upgrade. I must say Trevor was helpful informing and professional in all his duties. Really pleased with the professional advice and workmanship. Happy customer.
Just had an additional camera fitted, and upgraded two existing camera's, Kevin who came to install these additions is very good at what he does, lovely guy an very tidy, you wouldn't know he'd been. I would recommend Home CCTV every time.Picture quality is second to none too.
