The customer support is exceptional; I had a minor issue with a screw, and they immediately provided a solution at no charge. The material quality is impressive, and shipping was quick. I would definitely shop with them again.
This company assured me that the product would be dimmable. They sent an extra dimmable kit and canopy, but the remote for the transformer didn't work. They sent a new transformer that doesn't fit in the canopy and refuse to assist further. The fixture is installed, but it isn't dimmable.
WARNING! I ordered a chandelier for $6000 and got a 20% discount, making it $5100 with free shipping. When it arrived, it looked cheap, so I decided to return it. The company agreed to take it back but wanted to charge me $899 for shipping it back to me. Their return policy doesn’t mention any significant return fees, and shipping an item wouldn’t cost $899. I also have to pay for return shipping and a $225 restocking fee. *** PROCEED WITH CAUTION WITH THIS COMPANY ***. Similar products can be found at other lighting companies for less and with better integrity.
I'm thoroughly unimpressed with this company and the quality of their offerings. I bought a chandelier that looked nothing like the website photos. In reality, it was much smaller and felt cheap. Upon arrival, it was stained and didn’t include the necessary mounting plate for a standard ceiling outlet. The lights are also very dim. When I inquired about a return, I was told they wouldn’t accept it without the original box, which was filthy and immediately discarded. After threatening to leave a review, they reluctantly offered to take it back if I paid for repackaging and shipping, but they wouldn’t confirm the return address — a huge red flag. I decided not to risk it and am now stuck with this low-quality fixture, out nearly $700. Buyer beware! This company hides behind flashy ads while delivering subpar products and unsatisfactory customer service.
I bought a 'wrought iron' chandelier, but it doesn't resemble wrought iron at all. Instead, it's cheap and flimsy, with a poor finish. The light bulbs flickered and stuttered on the first day. A dreadful purchase. They also failed to publish my review to warn others. Be cautious!
