Lovely French Doors and Windows with great service.

My Home Hub experience was exceptional from start to finish. The showroom is beautiful, the staff,attentive and helpful. Dan sent across our quote the same day, for French doors and 3 windows. We chose the black aluminium heritage Origin products for a Victorian cottage kitchen.We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows and doors. They have literally transformed our kitchen. Danny and Dave were absolutely amazing,extremely professional and lovely.The whole process has been absolutely seemless.I just wanted to say a big thank you 😊

Absolutely disgusted with the service I…

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received . Broke my order up into 3 different install dates and each time got something or everything wrong . Too small , forgot parts , no response on complaints. Joke of a company do not use .

Don’t do the job required.

I needed my bifold doors fixed. The bottom hinge had bent. Also wanted all of the external seals replaced. Gave measurements etc. Took the full payment upfront. Eventually arrived to do the job. Only brought internal seal for 1side of 1 door (3doors). Couldn’t fit the hinge as needed an “expert”. Would contact me by the end of the week & would return with the rest of the correct seal. That was 5 months ago. It is impossible to phone anyone have to use their contact form. Never reply to any of my messages. I just want my money back. Don’t use them.

Want a roof light - look no further than Home Hub

As part of my kitchen extension I decided to have a HomeHub roof light - which I am delighted with. A little while later, due to a new roof installation, I needed to contact their aftercare service in order to remove and re-install the light. I have to say how absolutely refreshing it is to deal with a company that provides a fast, efficient, courteous and competent service. The teams of men who carried out the work were so professional, it was a joy to have them in my home. Thank you Home Hub, I can honestly recommend you to anyone thinking of having a roof light, such as mine.
