I wouldn't recommend using this company and I wouldn't use them again. The Origin sliding doors are good quality but the quality of the glazing was not. The process of getting replacement glass with Home Hub was painful with poor communication throughout. Once they have your money they don't care. The latest panel of glass (the fourth) still has a small defect. No aftercare.
Homehub Group is a costly joke. After spending 17K with this company 2 years ago to get all our windows/doors replaced we are now having to take them to court because our windows are all very poorly manufactured and the top sashes are bending.
Happy to take your money, when things go wrong don’t expect any help whatsoever, they could care less. Well done to the Bracknell team for providing some of the worst customer service I have had. Needless to say I have advised a number of clients to get their bifold/roof lights elsewhere, and will continue to do so.
We bought windows and bi fold doors from them, and the guide wheels on the bi fold doors keep breaking so we can only open 1 door, have phoned many times and they keep saying they will come back to me and never do been waiting now about 3 months and can never get through on the phone so just be careful
I have waited over 6 months for a replacement panel for a BiFolding door that Home Hub installed a few years ago. First after waiting 4 month they sent a fitter to fi the new panel on to discover that they had sent the wrong colour panel. The new one was due to be fitted next week but just received an email cancelling yet again. The poorest of the poor service.
We've had an existing problem with our front door for a number of years, which was supplied and installed by a company who Home Hub Group have taken over. The previous suppliers did everything they could to avoid fixing the issue. When I first got in touch with The Home Hub Group, their Customer Service team took on board our problems and after ratifying we were a legit customer, moved to provide a first class service and fix our problem. I cannot fault their service team and their commitment to provide a first class service. Their engineer was also a credit to the company. I would not hesitate in recommending this company based on the performance of their service team.
Just had our old sliding patio door replaced with a set of French doors and fixed side panel with opening sash.Their service was excellent from start to completion starting with an exceptional design, and installation.The product is good quality, fitting was quick and very neat and explained how the doors locked the fitters also took the old sliding door away.We have used Home Hub for replacement windows and doors in our last 2 houses and have always been very happy with the product and service
Homehub Bracknell first class. Great product. Had our whole house done including bifold doors at the back and repositioned front door and outhouse doors.Danny & Dave the fitters were superb. Very professional,cleaned up at the end of the day. Really nice and friendly. We have cats and dogs and they were very mindful of them. Thank you guys
