Honestly I was a bit annoyed at how long it took to arrive but the customer service team was really good about keeping me updated and when it finally came, I realized why it is so popular. The balm is super hydrating without being sticky... lllove it!
Well...honestly i was unsure. I suffer what i call "hall lips", its just being in a such a large hall my lips were continually getting dry and sore, and I do mean sore. You read lots of things that promise to be this that and the other and plenty promise you the "fix". I have to say honeybalm has delivered! I am super impressed with many aspects. Easy to order, i built my own package up. Easy to make payment and delivery was relatively fast. The product is well presented, very sweet pot with a honey stick to apply, which, may I add, this is fantastic as it prevents me getting product under my nails and all over my fingers when applying, this is a fab idea, well done!!You don't need to whack it on, a little bit goes a long way!!!! My lips have never felt better, or looked this good, i am actually amazed i have found this product and it "does what it says", honestly if your thinking about it, don't think, try it, you wont be disappointed. Initially the price point, i thought...bit expensive for a lip balm, let me stop you there..it works, its amazing and its well worth the price. I have never found anything that has been so perfect and actually nice also, so as I said don't think about it, try it!I will just add this about the email notifications, and this is not a reflection on the product. Its a little bit confusing when you have your order delivered yet you keep receiving emails stating your product is on the way? Not sure if its a glitch but found it a bit confusing as I had my products and was using them! Other than that.....blinkin brilliant!!!
I originally ordered from Honeybalm back in November. My first experience was not positive, as my order took far too long to be delivered. When the product arrived, I was so pleased with the purchase, but didn’t feel confident in the company due to the lack of communication regarding delayed postage. My mind has been totally changed, however, due to their outstanding service since. After the Christmas rush, they reached out to apologise and explain how their company had been so stretched in December. They sent me 3 FREE products as a gift to say sorry. These arrived in good time and are just as beautiful as my first order. Have faith, and take comfort that they will arrive! I will definitely order again.
The product is nice enough, packaging cute too. I ordered quite a few end Nov to add to Christmas gifts and kept one for myself. Annoyingly, having used probably less than a quarter of mine so far, the applicator snapped and I am by no means heavy handed.I emailed and got the usual "as our 30-day policy has expired, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for the applicator " and told I can purchase more - not going to happen!I won't bother purchasing again, and will probably throw this one away as my long nails make it difficult to use.
After having problems with an order from November and not receiving any communication from them, Honeybalm eventually contacted me and rearranged the delivery. My items arrived within days and they have apologised for the error and sent a compensation gift. I think they were just overwhelmed with orders. The balms are amazing, so all is forgiven!
I've been using this product for just over a week now unsure of exact date but it's brilliant. My lips are really soft and moisturized. I bought the cherry, watermelon, and coconut, and got the chocolate one free. I'm currently using the watermelon one; it's like wearing a lip gloss with all the benefits of moisturizing your lips and giving a slight tint of color. I gifted the cherry one to my daughter; she loves it as much as I do. That one gives you a tint of red lip gloss, but not too red. We both love the little pot they come in with the cute applicator in the lid. Can't wait to try other flavors after I've used what I've bought; it will last me ages. Great tip: put some on at night before you go to sleep; your lips will be super soft in the morning. They were packed well and arrived in about a week. Oh and the smell and tast of them all are just perfect! 🥰
Received Honeybalm as a gift from my best friend and I was hooked after the first use. My lips felt hydrated the whole day even after eating and drinking. I have already placed an order for myself. Highly recommend it for anyone struggling with dry lips.
My order arrived (after about 2 weeks) and from the looks of things, I'm one of the lucky ones. I got the classic bundle which has 4 flavours (strawberry, cherry, chocolate and honey) and so far the strawberry and chocolate are lovely. Nice feel on the lips and a little goes a long way.
