Review Time
My order is missing 4 lip balms , i ordered SPF try out box which is missing mint vanilla watermelon and chocolate Ordered cherry lip care set. So i paid wuite an amount , shipping took way too long for the order to then come missing and no one has answered me yet.
This company is very misleading. They are not in the UK which customers are led to believe. When I asked them where they are based they told me the Netherlands but failed to mention that the deliveries are from China. Their customer service send me polite but very unhelpful emails with tracking links that do not work or do not recognize the order number and the Royal Mail tracking has not received my order. UPDATE: I have now received my lip balms. The tub is very cute but tiny, its for a Christmas present so can not comment on the actual balm. I wont be using this company again for the simple reason they advertise as in the UK when they are not. Even after I asked them they were not honest in their answer.
UPDATED REVIEW: both orders now received and well packaged. All are gifts so hoping contents match everything else. Postage timescale quoted is not quite spot on and all I can say is be honest and say up to 10 or 12 business days for delivery.MY INITIAL REVIEW WAS 2 **I have never dealt with such an uncommunicative company as this one is. No indication of where my order is being sent from tho' I have heard it is China. No replies to my emails. Website has a link to tracking that does not accept the order number. Sooo disappointed so far.
I’m writing this review as I’mWaiting for an order that I thought would be coming from the uk. Tomorrow is day 10 since I ordered, the order number doesn’t track on the honeybalm website and Royal Mail tracking shows it hasn’t been received by them either. This company have so far lied on their website about the time it takes to receive orders and their location is misleading at best. They are not at all based in the uk. The product comes from China! I submitted an enquiry via the website that has so far gone unresponded to yet they say they respond within 24 hours, I have just sent an email So we shall see how they respond.Highly disappointed and I feel totally misled. Even though I haven’t yet received the product I will not order again based on this. If I wanted to order products from China I would’ve gone to shein or temu. Also many of the reviews on here use similar words - “and later I realised it was Honeybalms vanilla balm” “later when I checked it was honeybalms pineapple balm” haha always a positive unprompted review - gosh I wished I’d checked the reviews before I ordered!
Was kept informed of posting etc at all times and the lip balm is amazing.I suffer with dry lips all the time and now during menapause, they have got worse. I've tried many lip balms and ointments, but Honeybalm is exceptional. My lips are so soft and for longer. Can't fault it at all and this is now my go to for my lips. Nothing else comes close
The product is beautifully packaged and is really well designed. I love the variety of smells/flavours and adore the cute honeypot the lip balm comes in. Customer service was excellent and communication spot on when I needed to enquire about delivery.
