I visited a store to purchase lawnmower blades before Christmas, but the staff member advised me to order them online due to a lack of stock. Since then, I've been waiting for my delivery. The app is frustrating and claims someone will reach out to me. The representative at the call center mentioned they have escalated the issue but cannot assist further. The tracking system shows it's still awaiting collection... I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!
One star is too generous. This service needs to be shut down. Completely ineffective. My parcel was dispatched from one location to another within a day, but has been stuck for three days now. I attempted to call multiple branches, but no one answers. This was an urgent delivery for a special event. I strongly advise others to avoid this service. There are far better alternatives available.
This has been a completely frustrating experience. The 'dedicated' area courier promised to deliver my parcel on 3 January, but now he doesn’t even respond to messages. The parcel has been out for delivery for days. It contains art supplies that need careful handling. After waiting more than a month, I’m anticipating I’ll have to return it as soon as it arrives, as it’s likely damaged beyond repair. I would say the service is poor, but it’s actually just non-existent. I'm appalled.
I am incredibly disheartened by the service I received. My parcel has been awaited since 19 December, which is simply unacceptable. The handling of delivery attempts has been poor, with excuses like 'consignee not found' or 'business closed', yet there was no effective communication from the drivers to resolve the issues. No calls or meaningful contact were made—just failed delivery notices. Seeking help from the support team has been equally frustrating. The responses were vague and unhelpful, lacking any real solutions or accountability. I have received no clarity on when or if my parcel will arrive. This experience reflects a significant deficiency in professionalism, communication, and customer care. I cannot recommend this service based on such a disappointing level of support.
I have been waiting for two months for my parcel, and today I was informed that they were unable to deliver it once again. This has been the most frustrating courier service I've encountered, and I cannot recommend them or use their services again.
The customer service is incredibly arrogant and never answers their phone. There seems to be no effort to communicate with me. They supposedly don't know my location, and they talk over me, not allowing me to express my concerns. I'm genuinely disappointed and feel offended. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I believe the service should be reevaluated. I would not recommend this service again.
There should definitely be an option for zero stars. My parcel has been held at the depot for three days without any delivery attempt. I've called multiple times with no response, and tried WhatsApp and live chat with the same lack of results. I even drove there to pick it up. At the entrance, the guard refused to let us in, opting to use radios to communicate with the staff inside. They informed me my parcel was there but needed to be scanned first. I insisted they scan it so I could collect it, but it was all in vain. The guard was extremely rude, and the management inside never showed their faces, lacking the courage to confront us. I'm not only furious but also appalled by the customer service provided. I'm writing this at 12:09 on December 31, 2025. I wish to never use this service again and will make sure to share my experience on social media, warning others against it.
The service has been extremely poor and unacceptable. Communication is lacking, with WhatsApp support being non-existent, and phone calls are often ignored or only answered after a long wait. My parcel has been held by the courier for over 8 days without a clear explanation. They attempted delivery while I was away, which I understand, but since my return, I have followed up multiple times and still have not received my parcel after more than 8 days. This delay is unacceptable. Due to the courier's incompetence, I am now considering requesting a refund for my parcel, even though I have already incurred costs for duty. This has been one of the worst courier experiences I have encountered. I cannot recommend this service.
I am truly let down by the delivery service. The last tracking update I received was on December 23rd around 11 PM, indicating that my parcel was on the delivery vehicle. They later emailed me saying it would arrive that same day, yet I'm still waiting. I placed my order on December 5th.
Be cautious when choosing this courier for important deliveries, especially during busy times. I ordered a holiday gift well in advance, believing it would be enough. I received a notification on December 22 saying my package was out for delivery, yet I'm still waiting. Attempts to reach the service have resulted in unanswered calls and unhelpful support. Their poor communication and unreliability are unacceptable. I will not use this service again and suggest others explore different delivery options.
