AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I had my screen repaired less than 2 months ago for £115, and today I woke up to a glitched screen. When I tried to explain the situation, they insisted I pay the full price again. This is outrageous; my phone shouldn't be malfunctioning so quickly. I was in tears because I couldn't get to work due to my broken phone, yet they offered no assistance. I will never return and won't recommend this service to anyone. Additionally, when my screen was fixed, the technician removed my mother's screen protector without her consent and charged her for it.
The technician is genuinely one of the nicest individuals I've encountered. The service provided is top-notch, reasonably priced, and has a personal touch. I ended up chatting for half an hour when I dropped off my laptop. He even kept my laptop safe until I recovered from illness, explaining the issue clearly when I picked it up. My laptop is now functioning perfectly. I highly recommend this service for anyone needing computer repairs. Excellent work!
My CAD machine wouldn’t boot during a critical project. I took it to the technician on Tuesday evening and had it back, fully operational, by Wednesday. He identified a BIOS issue, reloaded it, and reinstalled the operating system in just a couple of hours.
