I made the big mistake of becoming a member, and now I’m not sure if I was scammed or what. It’s impossible to communicate with them, they take a week or more to reply a emails with some random copy-paste response. Now they’re charging me for a second delivery, and they claim the first one was delivered, but I never got it. What a nightmare of a company.

Everything is fine with Suvie until you have a problem. I cannot seem to get a hold of a human being. I received only 3 of the 8 meals that I was supposed to get. I have chatted with their non human customer service three times, with it always ending in I will create a ticket and someone will get back to you. They don’t get back to me. The last time the computer put urgent on the ticket…. It didn’t make a difference. This is a good concept and the meals are good, but if they charge people for food they don’t receive and won’t do anything to correct it. It just isn’t worth it. If they ever fix it, I will update my review though I think I will have to go through the dispute it with American Express route.
we purchased this machine at discounted price with meal plan,1st the machine is okay ,the app they use and the setup is confusing, they say you get discount coupons for meals and at the time my account was frozen and couldn't order any meals. Their support had to fix that issue and the 1st meal plan I ordered seemed okay but I got meals I didn't select. I froze n the following orders and then we decide to try another order and they doubled the ordered and charge me for meals i didn't select. I contacted support and they said i was under contract to buy at least 4 meals before 12 month time. or return the machine.
We can't even review the appliance yet because they messed up the food order twice now. They utilize "OnTrac" as their shipping resource - you can't use a budget shipping company when you are sending frozen foods!!! Some Christmas present to us . . . not.
Conta.\n Cted customer service because I wanted to return my brand new Subi and buy a newer model with the air fry. Somehow, I ordered by mistake. The wrong model customer service is nice. When they answer, but they never get back to me. One customer service agent was very polite and said that she'll send me A Shipping labeled a Sun that went back, and then I could reorder.I never hear from them again.And no shipping label was sent to me.I've asked several questions about the free meals.I'm supposed to get, I've got none and I don't receive any response from customer service.This is very poor they don't care about me , I don't trust them now
