A very bad experience!!!I contacted them to get a Schengen visa last September. Initially, when they were explaining things to me about the visa proceedings, everything was very good. One guy named Irfan (not sure whether its his real name or not) was handling my case and was following up really well until I made the initial payment (their charges). Then, after the payment, suddenly, my case was transferred to a person called Emy. She was very non responsive from the start. Whenever I messaged her with any concern or a query, reply used to come after a couple of days or more, and sometimes no reply at all. When the appointment date was nearing, there was absolutely no clarity to me about anything, as I wasn't told/instructed anything by HoT. Luckily, I had a friend, who's in Europe, who instructed me to do what all needs to be done and so, everything went well for me. Only good thing that came out of HoT's 'responsible' case handling is that now I know exactly what to do to apply for Schengen visa because except for the appointment and insurance, everything else was done by me (there are actually many other things to do). So, I, personally, will not recommend any friends of mine to contact them for visa purposes. (I give 2 stars for making me well versed in Schengen visa proceedings)

03032023Your sorry towards the type of service i countered is irrelevant ,and still you are trying to says highest level of customer which is 360 degree wrong.It easy for you to say sorry for inconveneince , you have not lost any thing you got paid for horrible service , loss is at my end my application status is reuined and also monetry loss .Your unrealistic word cannot compensate my losses , you need to compensate .I will make sure none of my friends and relative come for any of you mishandled services, also whom i referred will ask them not to.The ball is in your court how you compnsate me .You people have no sense of responsibilty, ignorant, no proper guidance towards client . I am waiitng to hear how seriuous you attend complaint and compensate for my losses due to your unprofessional services 01.03.2023You people are very litargic in handling and not bothered about clients , the way from starting you all handle was all of worries, you screwed my status and my money, it was much as well I would have given this money to people who needed than to you , overall wrong details, my curse is from my heart to all involved in this incident of mine . You people don't know to guide help and respect clients, you pretend as doing favor . This is for what all you charge, shame on you. You service is not work of a star also.Your reason is not professional. I paid a long time and had to follow up like crazy. Your service was only to collect your fees and then as if you do favor on me , had to keep following for everything. Every time a new person responds. No one knows what's happening . Embassy decision is secondary. I made a mistake .Even the lady at the Canadian office complaint redgs details not filled properly there itself I was doubts, you people are playing with clients with you unprofessional staffs ,You people are responsible for it.
