Logged a complaint about BRIGHTON COUNCIL 18 MONTHS AGO CONCERNING TROUBLESOME AND UNSCRUPULOUS NEIGHBOURS WHICH THEY FAILED TO RECTIFY. TOOK OMBUDSMAN 19 MONTHS TO RESPOND JUST AS A COURT CLAIM WAS BEING ISSUED!!REALLY!!!AND UPHELD!!READ INTO THAT WHAT YOU WISH??
They helped me twice - when my management company refused to deal with antisocial neighbours and when management company was refusing to respond to formal complaints. They are busy and the complaints process does take time but they do resolve issues given there is enough evidence to the case.
Don’t use them at all I was told two weeks go it will take 6months for them to find a case handler now today they are saying 12months I have also put the recording on my twitter page for the public to here and also the reviews have 1star down the hole page. THIS IS AWFUL AND I WILL HE EXPOSING TO THE PUBLIC also I was abuse down the phone from adviser and I will be letting the public see this to awful company DONT USE THEM R BANKZ
This so called Company are Useless and a Waste of Space, they Whitewash over Complaints, never gave us any Information at all, they should Fold up and allow a Company who can, wasted our time.DO NOT DEAL with them it’s a Waste of your time.
if you tell your housing association your writing to housing ombudsman.They are very SMUG about it.AND WHY?because your housing ass.are linked up with them.l sent a detailed letter on neglected maintenace to h.oOmg wrote back telling me..everything l wrote to them.maybe local press office can come back and help us tenants out.why pay rent on a home that is damp.no heating.hot water for 7 months.all windows blown.external doors.do not open or lock.so windows are my exit.but there quick with evictions if you owe rent??OH owing rent that is actually caused by rent office and not yourself..look out staff..what comes around goes around? ?????

Having Rachel run me off the phone is a complete joke the fact I'm trying to explain stuff to her and she states "I have other people waiting" well I've also waited to get to speak to an adviser.This service is beyond a joke if you think about it when it takes over six months just to get something done, no wonder landlords don't care and decide to have the tenant go to the ombudsman because they know this is a long drawn out process where the ombudsman have no bite. The customer service despite it to be an UK based is rubbish and might as well be in a third world country
INITIALLY COMING ACROSS AS HELPFUL , they decided to split my case into 2 which mad everyone confused and watered down the casework. the two caseworkers said completely different rules applied and worked differently, at times I didn't know what was going on. they assed each case after cherry picking and then actually creating things that were fantasy . I had no idea why the manufactured things and then assed them. I asked for clarification and was not listened to , I asked for call backs that were agreed and never happened , I had actual timed appointments that disappeared and then I was told I would receive a manager call back, instead she write saying they would not be calling. I made complaints that were ignored and fobbed off, I asked for head office and the directors contact and told they would not give it to me.Basically when they get it badly wrong they just decide to write clients off rather than correct themselves. they are rude officious and discourteous, but to actually make stuff up is unacceptable. they are not fit for purpose and need to stop being so rude to clients.
