I paid for express delivery, this did not happen, If I pay for express next day and have ordered before cut off (almost 24 hours before cut off time) you should be providing that service, If you are not able to offer express shipping take it off your website, I have asked you to cancel my order as not shipped yet, you can't apparently, I have asked you to refund my express shipping payment and have to wait 3-5 days - we will see if that happens! wont use them again**7th November still awaiting a refund for the express shipping
Ordered 3 items , had shipped email then an email saying some items are missing and did I want something else , I said no and asked for refund, not heard anything back yet about getting the refund, but im expecting trouble the 3rd item turned up and is a completley different item than I ordered, defiantly avoid if they are making multiple mistakes like this
Ordered a Funko Pop figure on Christmas day, it was shipped on Boxing Day (which I did not expect!!) and arrived today (Friday 29th). Excellent service and their prices are so good! When I need presents or a treat for myself I know where to come!
Avoid this company! I thought by supporting an independent company rather than a mega bucks company would be better. Nope. I ordered an item. Never received it. Kept being told to wait as post could be delayed. After 6 weeks my patience was wearing a bit thin as I was told they would send a replacement out which I never got. I then asked for a refund. Received a email saying refunded. 5 weeks later still no refund. Now having to raise a dispute through my credit card. Don’t waste your time like I did.
Perfect customer service, helpful and swift responses. When I had an item missing it was sent out immediately and the staff were a pleasure to talk to. Fantastic prices and fast delivery, will definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you Howleys.
I made an online order here and received such brilliant customer service from Amelia. She went out of her way to sort out what I needed and even contacted me at a later date to let me know another item I wanted was back in stock. Huge thank you!
Wow, just wow. It's not just a busy time of the year but we're also under the cosh from Covid (raise your hand if you're infected)...And yet somehow Howleys Toys managed to process my order and get it to me for Christmas eve - 48 hours no less.Add to that they had the "in demand" item I wanted (a figurine for my Ghostbusters mad virtual-son-in-law) and you have a winning team.It's like they are working through the night down there but whatever the reason, give these folks a raise, because this is the sort of service we expect but rarely get elsewhere, particularly around the last-minute Christmas rush.
