Just a quick comment to say thank you very much for your help and support Howleys toy shop in Weymouth, Dorset UK.Spoke with James on the phone today who was very helpful, answered my query regarding a very specific toy and enabled me to make a quick and assured purchase knowing that you had an item in stock after it was physically verified. Thank you so much and would highly recommend this very friendly retailer.
Items arrived good quality. Two quibblee.Their emails were a bit haphazard, first they said it was coming and they had not dispatched it and then items arrived completely out of the blue without any forewarning.Secondly, they put stickers on their products which leave a residue on items. Got to figure out how to get this off.
Really poor! Missing items and what you do receive is shabby or in the case of one item, already opened!! Please avoid this lot as they simply haven't got a good business model and they certainly have NO quality control! Another company that will soon fall by the wayside.Update.Apparently Kim from Howleys toy/spa company?? Has arranged for the missing item to be replaced.. we shall see?Maybe you lot should have a staff get together and have a chat about the importance of getting TOY parcels correct just before Christmas!!
Thanks so much to both Kim and Pete in Weymouth. I emailed with a very specific and random request, Kim followed up really quickly and I understand Pete did a load of running round to find what I wanted. Communication perfect throughout, and absolutely went above and beyond despite my potentially irritating small order at what seems to be very a busy time for them!!! Lovely honest and human customer service - very much appreciated!!! (And they can do delivery by post if you're looking for something specific!) THANK YOU!!
Terrible service. Received damaged product and was sent a returns label via email by them. Sent the package back received no refund for over a month and being told by their staff they definitely didn’t receive it. Luckily I found the tracking information and it had actually been delivered and with them for a month. I would recommend Not purchasing from here and their customer service team is terrible.
Service above and beyond!Ordered spa part after 1pm deadline for next day delivery. Kim personally ensured dispatch at 2.30pm, all well documented and traced. Arrived at 9.15am the next day!Saved the weekend birthday celebration.Well done Kim and Howleys
