I would rate a zero if possible - never get back to me, people leave and just keep getting invoices to pay and no work has been done and have to move to another company
My husband and I attended the Belmont branch to have our returns done. Paid on the spot. only to learn two weeks later that the returns were never filed. Have called and was advised it was done but then only one submitted. Called again and even after speaking to a district manager return still not filed. What a disaster.
I booked in a session just to have some advice about PSI rules as the rest of my return was complete. They had no idea how to even start to answer that question and responded with "they only know how to use their system"....e.g. click next, next, finish.If they knew how tax works the tools being used shouldn't matter.....but they obviously didn't know.The supervisor also had no idea about PSI rules and couldn't help me. I would avoid them unless you have a very basic tax return (e.g. teenagers)
Minus 1 million if I could. MITTAGONG office was appalling, did not lodge my tax return, after told it was , rude people , could not explain why they did not lodge . The whole process has been incompetent and sub standard. Disgusting , avoid like COVID!
-1 Star – Worst Customer Service Ever!I booked in with H&R Block for an online tax return and was referred to an overseas representative who barely responded — it took all day to get a reply each time. I couldn’t even upload my documents properly, constant errors, and after a week of total frustration, I got absolutely nowhere.I then decided to book an appointment with the local Gympie branch, hoping for better service. I was scheduled for an appointment between 1:30–2:00 pm, but no one called. When I phoned the office, I was told they had a “new customer walk in” who took longer than expected. Excuse me — I had a booked appointment!This is completely unprofessional. No communication, no respect for customers’ time, and zero accountability.Do yourself a favour — don’t bother with H&R Block.
Terrible experience with no follow ups or professionalism. paid early and was now being asked to pay again. Incompetent and i have been contemplating legal action as I am over companies taking us for a ride........will never use them again. The reviews are pretty bad already, we need to tell everyone how bad they are and run them out of business...
Absolutely disgusting tax returns, previous years i have always gotten more then 2k from previous agents, however i recommend staying away from h&r block especially for bussinesses. Why, they did not log my bas and i was charged over 600 for a tax return that returned 0 dollars.I called to complain and they wanted to charge me more to log my bas.Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Be careful of the "good reviews" most of them are fake, you can tell by checking their spelling and way of talking or even their other reviews.H&R have been absolute garbage everytime I've called or scheduled a call in with them, they have always basically tried to scam me out of money and service, when I wasn't sure they would try end the call, their knowledge is just a pathetic and their service, and it goes on and on. NEVER go with this pathetic garbage company ever.
