Had a very disappointing experience with Snooze Marsden Park. We purchased an ELISE bed frame for around $2,500, which was placed in a guest room with minimal use, yet it failed structurally—after some time, screws came out and the center support collapsed, raising serious safety concerns.

After multiple follow-ups and waiting over two weeks, Snooze declined warranty coverage based only on photos. No inspection or technician visit was arranged. Instead, we were asked to pay an additional $400 for replacement parts.

I ended up spending hours repairing the bed myself just to make it usable. Very poor quality and disappointing after-sales service. Absolutely do not recommend this store or the Snooze brand.

Disappointing service experience.

I had a disappointing experience with the service. A representative sold us our bedroom set and assured us it would arrive in 2 weeks. After 6 weeks, we were informed that we would need to wait another month. There was no follow-up from the store manager. We even requested a refund but were denied. I cannot recommend this store or brand. Terrible service and very poor management and logistics. Avoid this brand.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. A representative sold us our bedroom set and promised delivery in 2 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks, we were told to expect another month of delay. The store manager did not follow up with us. We even requested a refund, but it was declined. I cannot recommend this store due to the awful service and poor management. Avoid this brand.

Extremely frustrated with the sofa situation.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The quality of the sofa I purchased is unacceptable. They agreed to collect it but did not mention anything about a refund, leaving me without a sofa for the holidays with two small children. My child liked the sofa, but I refuse to pay a significant amount for a product that’s falling apart upon arrival. I want my refund!

Let down by my new mattress.

I was eager to purchase a new mattress, but the comfort level was not what I experienced in-store. This would have been acceptable if the price reflected the quality. Initially, the service was good, but after the sale, it was challenging to get follow-up assistance. Overall, it was disappointing.

Pleasant delivery experience.

I bought two beds, and the delivery was a week earlier than expected, which I appreciated. The delivery was on time, and the staff set everything up and removed the packaging at no extra charge. Very happy with the service received!
