Whole family bought and used e-simm last year for a holiday in Turkey. All worked fine and happy with use. Coincidentally 4 of us have upgraded our phones since then and have gone to re install them for our holiday this year but have been told you cannot do that so will lose all the credit we had left on them. Will now move to another provider that allows re-instalation incase we ever need to.
I really struggled with the set up on this.I’m not very good with these kind of things and it’s was really stressing me out once I arrived in Florida with my family. Unfortunately false advertisement. GET IN WRITING THAT YOUR PHONE IS COMPATIBLE BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY. Was informed all iPhones from iPhone XS and up are compatible, I have a 14 pro max and wasn’t informed until i tried installing the sim that it in fact IS NOT compatible with all iPhones above the xs. Avoid using company at all costs
