Whilst I had a bit of trouble on my phone downloading the esim, I contacted Bianca from Hubby customer support and she was fantastic in helping me to resolve the issue. The esim now works well and I'm enjoying the use of my data abroad.
Had issues connecting my purchased esim even though the free promo one had worked perfectly. Got connected with Bianca and a quick check over so.e settings and Bianca had the issue resolved. Would happily recommend this esim service and will definitely use again on future oversea trips

We received a voucher from the travel agent to use this eSIM. My experience with Hubby is terrible! The eSIM did not work in Borneo (Indonesia - Kalimantan). It constantly picked up the wrong network, even though my partner was able to connect to the correct network. The network I needed was “not allowed” via hubby. After contacting them three evenings in a row and having to explain the same thing 100 times to the employee, sending lots of screenshots, changing settings, etc., I was fed up with wasting my time during my trip and bought an eSIM elsewhere. It worked immediately and was installed in five minutes.
