I was unable to use the free 5GB data as not one of my 3 different devices was compatible. Not Hubby’s fault but the customer service was great. Very helpful and they provided me with an alternative code to try on the different device.
I am an inexperienced computer user, who does not understand what is obvious for the experienced user.So I needed help that did not require me to find things out on my computer.In that respect the help I got was not very effective.A person on the phone would be much more helpful But in the end I was helped, so I am satisfied. But it took more then two weeks.
Just wanted to say had excellent customer service from Ethan. He responded to my query very quickly, with professionalism and politeness. He is a credit to the company. Should be more staff like him.His customer skills are excellent.
False advertising?This statement is from Onthebeach - their partner. "Use the FREE Mobile Data and enjoy lightning fast internet anywhere you go, without having to pay extra!"It doesn't mention that only first 5GB is free and you need to pay for extraNot sure if 5GB of Internet is worth selling all the data thaf is required at the registering process.
