"Before my trip to Argentina, I asked which networks were supported. The answer was: all of them. Even when I asked if there were any exceptions, I was told no. As it turns out, Movistar doesn't work in Argentina after all. I've requested a refund, but I've been waiting more than two weeks for the money to be returned and I’m just being given the runaround."
I purchased an eSIM for our trip to the Maldives.I had a lot of problems with it and after 3 days of not being able to use it, I requested a refund as we were due to fly home in 2 days time. Despite being promised a full refund a month ago this has not been received. I am constantly reminding them, they say it’s a priority and they are dealing with it. Obviously not! Frankly I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed.
I had no problem installing the esim but couldn't get it to activate. Wasted hours of my vacation troubleshooting and chatting to their tech support until I gave up. Not recommended unless you have another backup mobile data service
Rubbish - received promo code through travel agent offer that should have provided at least 3GB of data to cover the full 7 nights of our holiday. Hubby eSim have erroneously issued codes that only provided 1GB for 48 hours. Told to speak to travel agent, when as far as we can tell, Hubby eSim has failed to provide the correct package. Why do I need to go back to the agent - when it is Hubby eSim's failure to meet the terms of the contract (they have with the agent - and with me - through the published T&Cs)? Utter rubbish! Dunno how there are so many 'sorted my issue out quickly' and 'got another promo code' reviews. Absolutely not our experience.
When I have a problem with the free eSIM install, I just try to send an email, surprise, I got reply just in a minute. Bianca very quick reply my email, and got another Promo Code, and I got the free eSIM just in a minute. Very happy, good service and she made my day! Thank you so much Bianca.
