Very impressed!

Very impressed with Huggg's customer service and attention to detail. A minor error with my order was spotted and dealt with before I even knew about it myself, communication was very clear and I couldn't be happier with how it was resolved!

Huggg - The friendly solution to school meal vouchers

I have been using Huggg to issue food vouchers for a preschool and I am absolutely delighted with the service; I had a small issue at the beginning and the response time was second to none. The platform is intuitive and the parents have commented on the ease of downloading their vouchers. The only improvement I would recommend is an automatic email if people have not downloaded their vouchers within 10 or so days so that I could prompt them. I would thoroughly recommend Huggg for all your corporate gifting and school voucher needs.

Very easy and customer friendly system…

Very easy and customer friendly system to use. A different league than the gov't enforced system that we had to use during the first lockdown ! Thanks for saving me so much time.
