Lewis at Huggg has been brilliant. Nothing is too much and he’s always at the end of a call to explain things and chat about how to get the most out of the platform. The platform is extremely easy and intuitive to use. I can’t fault them or the system.

Great team and tech!

Firstly, the staff are really friendly and are great to deal with. Next, the platform and tech is super simple and allows one to engage and surprise and delight friends / colleagues / customers in a few clicks via some pretty cool brands.

Easy to use website.

Amazing platform for incentives and gifts

A great platform for incentivising your team and customers.We use Huggg to send a little gift (coffee, usually) to members of our network who make a useful introduction, or who agree to have a demo of our platform. It's a great way to stand out and add something different.The platform is easy to use, and the Huggg team have got a great range of incentives and gifts on the platform. Love it.

We used Huggg to send boxes of Chocolate Brownies as an incentive and thank you to people supporting our charity by becoming a regular giver. The campaign was the most successful to date, the process of using Huggg was simple and the feedback from our supporters was positive. Will definitely be using them again.

So simple and effective!

I have used Huggg several times now for both adhoc employee thank you gifts and as competition prizes. It is always so easy and simple to use, very, very well received and there is something for everyone to choose from! I highly recommend using Huggg in this way esp as there are different ways to send the gift which assists when you don't always have email addresses and they are very responsive to queries. I have also been a recipient and found it thrillingly easy to use and claim my gift!

Huggg is our go to platform for staff rewards

Huggg provides a fantastic service and range of products to choose from. Prior to the pandemic we would order rewards to be shipped into the office, but WFH made this challenging to say the least. Huggg allows you to share rewards with team members and they enter their own delivery details - this tiny detail has really helped our internal staff reward programme.
