son unos ladrones !!!hoy voy a revisar mi saldo y me dicen que no tengo dinero, que si no opero un mes me penalizan con un pago , y se consumieron todo mi dinero , la verdad no recomiendo para nada esta empresa , se que no se recuepra ese dinero, pero por lo menos que esto le sirva alguien para que no pierdan su dinero : el msj fue este : The fees were removed as you have not used the account in some time. As stated by our terms and conditions, there is a $10 fee for months that which there is not any activity on the account.Haynes 09:53 a. m.The Inacitivty Fee is deducted if there is no Trading Activity within 30 Days of Depositing, or no Deposits within the last 90 Days.
Hugo Is The Way Not To Go. Their trading platform "Pro Trading" app is a pain in the rear end. It constantly kick you off the server, not allowing you back in until hours sometimes days later, don't fill your orders as submitted and will keep you running after you set a stop loss. My last trade did it for me. I was up 100 pips on my trade then suddenly the system crash kicking me off and wasn't able to get back on until the next day after the market reversed and kept me in a losing position. I thought I was safe because I set my take profit level and that wasn't triggered after the market went past it another 30 pips before reversing. I will never place another trade on this platform again. I wish there was a regulatory body to call against them. They don't even deserve the one star. Stay away from them. You been warned!
I am so disappointed with this broker.I deposited my money and it was so easy but making a withdrawal has been a pain.They won't let me withdraw my money and keep asking me to reply to an email I already replied to.i DO NOT recommend them to anyone. Find another broker
Hugosway is a shady and scam driven broker, they steal your money through spreads, commission fees and swap fees. they will purposely surprises price to charge swap fees, they will not take you out of trades according to your sl and lie and say it's slippage, they will activate stop orders 15 points from your entry and lie and say it's slippage. which puts you in automatic drawdown with your trade. I have screenshots of the manipulation and theft over the last 3 years.
Nightmare experience! Lost all my money! They’ve used every excuse in the book as to why I haven’t been paid out in almost two months!! They admitted losing my money more than once! They claim their forensics team is working and investigating, but it’s all BS! They are straight criminals! And it’s impossible to talk to them directly! Stay away! *** update after their reply *** of course they’re giving the same excuse. They continuously plead ignorance. They say they have no record, but I have screenshots, transcripts and emails as evidence! I’m taking legal action. This is absolutely ridiculous.
