Review Time
This is a scam. We ordered 3 bowls for £95 and the package arrived with a packing label attached for the bowls but inside was only a small toy. The box was too small to fit the bowls I had ordered. I have emailed and haven’t had any response. There is no phone number or any other way of contacting them. I have contacted them through the Shop app and direct email. Terrible service and taken money without providing the goods as ordered. I now see on the reviews there have been other similar incidents. Shocking they are still trading.Not sure how to get my refund.

I am still waiting for my products to be delivered. They have not replied to my email queries. There is no contact number! The gift was for a birthday present and I am very frustrated. I would not purchase from them again and hope I receive my goods or a refund. Very disappointing in today's world where communication is easy to access!
I wrote a review. Its not on here. Where did it go?I give Hype Design 5 stars for processing and delivering my order in good time.But I give them 2 stars for customer communication. Firstly, please don’t promise to let me know when my order has shipped and then break your promise.Secondly, please don’t give me an invalid tracking number.Thirdly, please provide SOME way for customers with queries or problems - or who might even wish to cancel their order - to contact you. Not at all impressed. No phone number, the email address YOU provided would not accept emails, and your online chat was unattended. For days. Plus the “Royal Mail” tracking number you gave me was invalid. Unacceptable.Overall, maybe 3 stars.
