I got a blush stick and a make up brush, as well as contacts but ended up returning them because of personal reasons. I was sketchy about this website, but apon arrival the products looked legit and the quality was good as well. It took a while to receive, but when returning back my package the customer service was so nice and quick to respond! I would say make sure ur 100% sure what u wanna buy tho cuz shipping it back was a bit of a hustle but at least it got back there in the end. I would totally recommend this website as long as you aren't ordering in a hurry
My items were accurately tracked and came swiftly! The packaging was very cute, the items had no/minimal damage during shipping, and the actual product (I got 6x coloured contacts) are amazing quality. It’s my second time purchasing coloured contacts in quantity from ibentoy and I’ve been very very satisfied. The products are long-lasting and I get many compliments!
This company is the best selling online company, most companies from china are scammers but not this one, I bought from them 5 times now and every time I got my product as It was described on their website. I was in the US and I ordered from them, but because of their spring holidays the order would take longer and I was leaving the US, so I contacted their customer service and they took my New address where I was going and they changed my address, and guess what I got my order where I traveled to. So they did a great job. Thank you Ibentoy team. I love all your products from phone cases to eye lenses. I will definitely buy again from you! 💖🎀💖
