Review Time
Sometimes I really love this app and sometimes I really hate it. It's great for making money back on the things that you want to buy when it works correctly or the people reviewing your receipt actually can read. I constantly have to submit reviews and ask them to review it five and six times sometimes and they still never get it right. Then on the rare occasion that they do get it and they credit me the money they forget to make it count towards my bonuses and my my things like weekend, warrior and cash dash. I've been using the app for almost a decade and it has so many bugs that I wish they'd fix. And then they added AI reviewing which was a huge mistake.
Wal mart in store rebate not working. Receipt scanning not working. Submitted screen shots of all offers I complied with, along with 2 bonus totaling 10. Plus 6.15 in product rebates. After much effort and weekend past was credited only 2.30. Too much effort and too much money for failure to hold their end of bargain
The last several times I have submitted different receipts from stores I am always missing rebates/cash back. The receipt does not pick it up, I scan the barcode to submit manually and then it never is added to my account with the others. Other times I scan in the store, it's the correct item and then it's denied when I submit the receipt. Given how many times this happens and with expensive items I would save money just not buying things through Ibotta anymore.
I am writing about an on-line purchase I just made at Walmart. This is my first time to order & pickup at the store. I cannot figure out how to submit my receipt to receive rebates for items that I purchased. Can you help me?
