Ibotta for the win!

Love this app! It’s always nice to see “cash back” on offers! Groceries are expensive, and when you can get some ROI on items, it’s a win win! Easy to use and fun to plan shopping trips.

I feel like you do false advertising

I feel like you do false advertising. You show on tv you get money for alot of products. This isn't true at all. I've spent thousands on groceries products and I just reached a $20 refund. Your company is very very deceptive to the consumers. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I have been using this app for years…

I have been using this app for years and then out of the blue they deactivated my account. They say a broke a rule, but they never told me what rule i broke, and it's not like you get to talk to a real person....just done.So....they suck!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have been with Ibotta since the…

Have been with Ibotta since the beginning. Its always been a hassle to take pics of the receipts. EVERY time it doesn't capture all my purchases. The last 3 times I have purchased the same product that has cash back. All 3 times it wouldn't accept the items. Taking pictures of the receipt to close. to far away. have to take pictures at least 3 times every time. Unfortunately, its my least favorite cash back app. To much work and you still dont get all the money coming to you.

Sad face

I uploaded the same receipt three times. I got a check mark for date and time. I scanned the items that didn't show up and the barcodes matched. I should have gotten 5 cents for any brand dog treats, 75 cents for the 6 count Frollies fruit bars, $4 for Body armor multi packs (2x$2), and $1 for angel soft toilet paper. I usually don't have any issues getting my cash.

New to Ibotta

New to Ibotta. Gave it 4 stars because I am comparing it to my other cash back and rebate apps. Not great with scanning items in the stores, if product I wanted was not there to find deal. Like to get in and out of stores quickly. I miss lot of deals because you’re required to have it clicked in app before you purchase it. Somewhat inconvenient. Other apps you scan in your receipts and you can also look before you go.

Great Experience

I really like the system of getting cash back on groceries. And I’m glad it’s accepted at multiple grocery stores. And when my cash back balance is $20, they’ll let me request a gift card and they have a large selection of gift cards on the menu.
