I bought a vehicle three months ago and waited to confirm everything was satisfactory. I had concerns about distance purchasing, but the representative was incredibly helpful and patient, addressing all my inquiries. I’m pleased with both the vehicle and the service.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! THEY SOLD ME A HIGHLY FLAWED VEHICLE - A GREY SUV WITH REGISTRATION FH17 YKG! Please exercise extreme caution when purchasing a vehicle from this seller. I strongly advise against buying from them unless you have an independent inspector evaluate the vehicle beforehand. I bought a car in April 2024, and it seemed fine at first, but within 30 days, the problems began. The windows wouldn’t close, and the engine light began flashing. After contacting a roadside assistance service for diagnostics, we received a lengthy list of issues. Reaching out to the company was difficult, and the staff were extremely rude. We returned the car, and they supposedly fixed the windows, claiming the engine light was just due to low Ad Blue. However, after a month, the light returned. Once again, we took it to a garage, which revealed another long list of issues, including the need for a new engine, which would cost thousands. When I contacted the company, they informed me my warranty had expired and rudely dismissed me, saying they were aware of my previous negative review. I filed a complaint with my finance company, which was upheld. The investigation showed they were aware of the numerous issues at the time of sale. After winning the complaint, they were ordered to collect the car for repairs. Two weeks later, they claimed the repairs were complete. However, just 30 minutes into our drive home, the car displayed multiple warning lights and broke down on the motorway. We had to call for assistance. Clearly, the company did not perform any repairs. I requested a refund after this ordeal, but the process was lengthy and the staff were consistently rude. Having purchased cars from various sellers before, my experience here was a nightmare. I feel sorry for the next buyer of this car. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. PLEASE, if you're considering buying from this seller, ensure you have an independent assessor thoroughly check the vehicle first! An independent inspection confirmed numerous issues at the time of sale, and it's shocking how this company is denying everything. I have proof of everything!
