Warning: Ongoing Charges!

My experience was awful. I ended my subscription and returned the bike as directed, yet I continued to receive invoices stating the contract was still in effect. Their platform is intentionally misleading and appears to be designed to trap you, regardless of what you thought you agreed to. This is a predatory business model. STAY AWAY if you value your finances and mental well-being.

My experience was terrible. I canceled my subscription and returned the bike as instructed, but I kept receiving invoices claiming the contract was still active. Their platform is designed to be confusing and seems to trap you, regardless of your understanding. This is an exploitative business model. AVOID if you care about your money and peace of mind.

It's a Scam

Both names refer to the same deceptive service in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. The entire website is structured to ensnare you in a contract, and when you cancel your subscription and return the bike, you find yourself stuck with ongoing payments. They constantly push the terms and conditions, insisting you agreed to them. Each visit to the shop reveals them doing the same to other customers. Protect yourself from scams and avoid opening an account with them.
