Locked out and frustrated with the recovery process.

I accidentally locked myself out of my account, and now the service is making me wait for 12 hours, preventing me from recovering anything. The password reset has its own waiting period, and when they suggest providing more information to expedite things, it just leads back to the same options with no actual progress. This is incredibly frustrating; I can access my bank account more easily than this. It's just a cloud service, not Fort Knox!

I understand the frustration of those applying for affordable housing, but the customer support here lacks empathy and often screams at callers. iCloud has been a major disappointment.

iCloud has been one of the worst experiences for me. The first was a war that took my home. Syncing my photo library is a nightmare; it gives me endless reasons for failing to import my photos.

The most frustrating thing ever! I can't access my emails because it requires me to log into my iCloud, but to do that, they send me an email.

Considering switching to another platform.

I'm moving to another platform; the service is just not worth it. I've had so many issues with my devices due to iCloud. It offloads my old apps, and when I try to redownload them, it claims they're discontinued, despite having paid for them. The service often charges me twice without refunds, and contacting support is frustrating due to language barriers.

The service erased my daughter's photos without any warning! She used it for backup, but it decided to store only small copies on her device. After I attempted to back them up elsewhere, many images vanished. Two months of communication with support yielded no resolution, just conflicting advice. It's disgraceful to lose so many images.
