I received clear feedback and instructions via email. Most importantly, the problem was successfully fixed on the first attempt.

Avoid at All Costs

Avoid at all costs! If this isn't a scam, I don't know what is. I specifically asked the representative if there was a minimum contract period, and he assured me there wasn't. Now they are demanding payment for something that was never confirmed. I'm extremely frustrated!

Misleading Representation

A representative from the company seemed to think he could deceive me by concealing his true affiliation, assuming I wouldn't notice as a retired senior citizen. He called with an offer that was supposed to lower my mobile bill. Afterward, he sent me an offer, clearly expecting I wouldn't read it thoroughly. Beware of these deceivers.
