This "service" is SO appalling that I have actually created a Trustpilot account just to help raise awareness about these criminals. Came in with a cracked back iPhone 15 Pro against my better judgment...Apple fees without warranty were cheaper than their quote! They charged me 175 GBP, made me sign a receipt that I of course didn't read that states: “Liability waiver: by signing the receipt, you consent to release the company and its technicians from liability for claims or damages resulting from repair work. By proceeding with the repair, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy”. I tried to back out of the service when I watched them put SUPER GLUE and RUBBER BANDS to secure their phone back, and I have since had a diagnostic run by Apple that showed damage to the cameras, a temperature warning, and other damages and I PRAY that the battery hasn't been cracked, which would render my phone useless (if not a health and safety hazard, as cracked batteries can combust) and I will have to pay for a full replacement. I have raised.a dispute with my bank, and I'm taking them to small claims. Please if you're reading this and had a similar experience, report them to Trading Standards, or at least email Citizens Advice who will report them (as they did for me) - I do not know how they are still running!Location doesn't really matter as it's the same crooked company but I went to Broadmead, Bristol
They are too costly, slow, unhelpful and unreliable as they will delay your repairs and still not get your screen fixed with unimaginable flimpsy excuses.too bad .I crack also sell substandard phones and parts as well and being managed by a very rude and unreceptive manager. The phone i bought from them had issue within 2 weeks of puchase and they could not help .
Had a problem with my wife's phone. Dropped her off outside the shop and drove round the block, she was waiting outside and the man had taken the phone apart and refitted the charging port. Would not take any money for doing it. Absolutely brilliant service ,will recommend and will use again. Thank you. David Hoyle.
Having checked over the reviews for iCrack which measure an overall three star rating I nearly didn’t go ahead with my purchase of a replacement home button on my iPad however, I found a few reviews for iCrack at 175 Cranbrook Road Ilford Essex which were very positive. Here is my experience. Sent off my iPad via Royal Mail first class from Northumberland 12/11/24 at 12:45pm returned back to my home address fully repaired in very secure purpose made packaging on 15/11/24 at 11:30am. Excellent service at very competitive rates plus, I got free return delivery can’t fault this service I give it a Five Star ⭐️ rating, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I needed other iPhone /iPad repairs in future.
I went in earlier in the same day and bought a speaker from one of the shops however after having it for a while I decided it wasn’t what I was looking for as it only had a 2 hour battery life therefore I went back to try and get a refund. Once I arrived at the shop and asked for a refund the employees were very disrespectful and rude towards me saying that they aren’t giving me a refund because it wasn’t what I was looking for I am absolutely infuriated in how I was treated and think this is totally unacceptable.
