Never seen such a misleading service

Never seen such a misleading service. Spent 2.9€ for a one time ID photo service and was automatically subscribed to a monthly pack. Saw 39.9€ deducted from the bank statement and only then realized this clandestine activity, wherein they auto subscribe and put the notice in fine prints that people tend not to read. Do NOT ever buy anything from this site.EDIT: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. There are a dime a dozen companies that offer such services without trapping customers into expensive monthly subscription models under “general terms and conditions” plot. There should be some law in some consumer court preventing this.After this customer service team posted the note below about potential refund, I contacted them asking for 6 months of 39.9€ each to be refunded. Clearly what they’re saying below is false as they don’t inform during the ordering process clearly that it’s a “subscription”. They only say “48 hours unlimited access to our service, then continue to access it for 39.90€/month”. And then it goes to this “l accept the T&C and Privacy Policy.The T&C field is required”. They don’t event share a hyperlink of T&C to review this. Any lawyers here to take these cheats to court? All the positive reviews are most likely bots from India. Following is the feedback I got:“Dear Customer,Thank you for contacting our customer service.When ordering our services on our website, you accepted the general terms and conditions before finalizing your order.The offer was clearly stated and presented as a 2-day trial period for £2.90, £6.90, or £9.90, after which the subscription is automatically renewed for £39.90 per month.Since our general terms and conditions are clearly displayed on our site, we are unable to grant your refund request.We do, however, confirm that your subscription has been successfully terminated and that no further charges will be made in the future.We remain at your disposal for any further questions.
