Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Communication

I’ve been waiting for 18 days without any response to my emails. I purchased this as a Christmas gift, and the delay has ruined the occasion. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Fantastic brand

Received the wrong jacket style…

I received the completely wrong style of jacket and it took ages along with three emails to get a reply. There were no clear instructions on how to process a refund. I can't recommend this service. To make matters worse, two weeks later, I was finally refunded, but not the return cost which was promised.

Fast and efficient delivery

Delivery was fast and efficient. The tracksuits are very comfortable but quite baggy, so if you prefer a more fitted look, I suggest sizing down. I usually wear a medium but found the small to fit better.
