Not great only 4 stars.

Not great only 4 stars.when you encounter a problem it is impossible to talk to a human. Chatbots are fine but anything out of the ordinary they just go into a loop, there is no fall back to talking from a human. When my contracts ends I will be moving elsewhere irrespective of price.
