I checked that Factory manuals could produce an RH drive manual, and the answer was yes from Steve. I paid the fee, gave them the Vin and the manual was produced, which I downloaded. A check of the manual shows that it is 50% LH drive. The person in customer service (Steve) tries to belittle the customer and possibly does not understand the difference between LH drive and RH drive in relation to component location. The wiring diagrams are mainly for an LH drive car where page and connector locations do not exist (the wiring diagram would indicate a page where the connector is, but it relates to LH drive diagrams). The front suspension and steering show LH drive vehicles. Steve indicates that this comes from the dealership; if so, they should be able to get the correct RH drive modules. All I want is the correct modules, which Factory Manuals do not wish to provide. This company may be alright for LH drive vehicles, but is definitely not suitable for RH drive vehicles. I would not recommend this company based on the manual I received and the lack of customer service.
I placed an order on 7.3.25. It took a few days, but I received both the instructions and the download link. Everything seemed fine until I tried to open the manual file and encountered issues. I emailed the support team for assistance, but the representative blamed everything except for the faulty file. The instructions work perfectly every time. Now it's 12.4.25, and I'm still waiting for a response to my last email. All I need is for the file to be resent. I wouldn't mind paying an extra $20 to have it stored on the server, which I would have opted for if I had known it was an option from the start.
The manual lacks useful images. The step-by-step instructions are vague. After a week, the manual won't load. There’s a link labeled 'click here to launch,' but it doesn’t work. I can't access the manual on my phone either. I would not recommend this service.
I think there’s confusion regarding this service compared to another one, which is NOT the same! It’s unfortunate that people are misinformed. I received my manual in less than 24 hours via PDF. Yes, it’s lengthy at 8700 pages, but it’s 2025. The website was clear, my expectations were met, and I’m very satisfied with this product. Thank you!
This service only provides digital manuals. I paid and never received my manuals; it’s been weeks with no manual and no refund. I would not use this service; it feels like a scam. They took my money, and I still don’t have the manuals or a refund. I paid on 23AUG25 and have received nothing.
This review focuses on customer service, not the product! The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered! I have been repeatedly disrespected by a representative. I have provided emails to support my claims directly to a review platform. I wonder if this will be removed once they see the facts! I recently sent another email (which I was disrespected again) directly to the review platform.
These are the best manuals available online. Don’t confuse them with cheaper versions that claim to be the same. The primary difference is that these are tailored specifically to your VIN, rather than just verifying application with the VIN. This editing removes unnecessary content, which otherwise complicates the search process. This attention to detail takes time, hence the higher cost. In short, you truly get what you pay for.
