I am clueless when it comes to tech/changing phones &, sadly, there is no prospect of talking to a human for any assistance - it's all algorithms, multiple choices and 'press & guess'. Frustrating in the extreme. And they're charging me extra per month, contrary to my purchase details. They were good on sending e-mails with instructions, but it's all so distant & alienating - just a joyless experience.
Shocking customer service. Takes ages to get any answers. They mark your credit file with missed payments when you move direct debit. They have no compassion or empathy. Cut you off with zero pre-warning. Then can’t give you an answer. Customer service is either a bot or a call centre in India. You get cheap contract but poor after sales support.
I have never come across a company like this before. When you leave them they renew the plan anyway even tho you have destroyed the SIM and can't use it. They pretend everything is fine. Agree your leaving ectra. Then they take the money from your bank even tho you've cancelled the DD. When you get it back from the bank they get debt collectors onto you and lie that they've tried numerous times to contact you. They haven't and what for anyway. For them renewing a plan you've cancelled. Taking money they know they shouldn't have then getting you pursued by debt collectors. How is this even legal. I will have to now fight it legally. All over a rubbish not value for money SIM deal I only had 1 month. AVOID.
