Phone call from immobile to tell me the phone was paid off and I could go onto a sim only deal. Reduced my payment by about £18 /month.Very happy as didn’t know the phone was paid for. Only complaint was quality of the phone line which had high level of background noise.All paperwork followed by email.
I had no problems upgrading my contract, but I did have issue with the fact that on my dashboard there was an offer for me to upgrade to and when I pressed upgrade the offer was not available from the upgrade list. My question, which as yet I have not had an answer to is why give an offer it it not available?
