I applied for a 2 year contract online and swapped from O2. My Clearscore credit score fell from 885 to 809 just for applying!It appears that during the application no DD was set up, I don't understand why, but after 2 weeks I was cut off with absolutely no warning. The gate to my property is activated by my phone so I was locked out. I tried to set up a DD manually, but was unable to do so unless I paid upfront 2 months of rental. I am worried how this debacle has further affect my credit score. After a 44 minute wait I got through to a member of their complaints team and asked for an explanation. They promised to investigate and call me the following morning but failed to do so. The situation continues..... I'm trying to get hold of them again to rearrange ...
I’m giving three stars because I have to meet in the middle, they are absolutely fantastic when it comes to flexibility and show so much support and empathy, who I’ve spoke to previously have been mega, I’m not impressed from who I spoken with today though, having to ask about my financial worries that are embarrassing is a kick in the teeth on their own let alone my queries not being fully acknowledged and just because I’m on one and being petty, if you can address me by my full name once, ask first before calling me something else.
Only reason im with id is cause they accepted when i needed a phone, i pay 56 pound a month for terrible signal ive done everything to try make signal better, even using a esim now and still bad the amount of times ive had to pull over to wait to reconnect while delivering is unreal , and they amount of times ive had to end the call cause of bad signal it even just cuts off mid convo, cant wait to finish the contract so i can switch
