Been with ID for YEARS (5+ years) and it’s been amazing. Never ever had any connection issues, and if I’ve had to get hold of customer services they respond very quickly. Very cheap contracts and SIMS so would recommend for anyone.

All fine. Happy except for one thing. I was charged to call a certain number. After I called this chargeable number I was informed of the charge. Should be before you call, not after.

Why to use iD Mobile

I have been with iD Mobile since I purchased my first smart phone over ten years years ago and an extremely happy with the service they provided. The regular emails with updates and advice are particularly helpful. The range of contracts is wide and affordable for all pockets and requirements.

My upgrade offer was terrible. I asked for a better offer. No help. I had to go elsewhere to get a much better deal. Just saying - where is your reward for loyalty ?
