Review Time
I left store delighted with manner in which my request was dealt with but was shocked by message a few days later stating that the sum of £69.50 was to be taken for month of November. I contacted iD mobile by telephone but only concession was £20 would be refunded to my account as I was a long standing customer. I ended conversation unsure of reason for amount stated as outstanding and worried about next invoice.
My daughter and I moved from 02 on what its supposed to be a seamless 'plug and play' transfer. Neither us can make calls, send or receive messages and ID can't seem to do anything to fix it. Dreadful. Customer Service is horribly slow and now been told it will take 48 hours to investigate
Just recently joined ID Mobile from Three uk. Three weren’t very good as their customer services were terrible in dealing with simple issues. Thankfully my minimum term with three had been reached, their upgrade offers were extortionate and a rip off. ID Mobile is a much better service provider and are fairly cheaper compared to other providers.One happy customer.
Further to a review I wrote on the 6th November relating to a change of a contract to sim only I would like to clarify my comments. Following a live chat with a representative it would appear my comments were not based on an actual invoice. In my opinion the wording of the email received gave this impression. However having now received an upto date bill I wish to confirm it is what I was expecting. Hence I have now updated my review of ID mobile upwards
