Never had any problems with ID. Had to update from 3 to 5 . Transfer went well as we took it into their owners Currys and let do it.

thoughts From the mature

I like my phone and cost is ok. I know now a days you do not get written/leaflet with instructions, but I think it should be an option especially for the older generation. I know you could print from phone but instructions are double Dutch(per lap top) as to how to connect printer to mobileCheers M a member of the older generation!!
