Overall a good experience hence why I have renewed on a sim only deal,however a couple frustrations have lowered my satisfaction over the past 12 months. Firstly Mobile coverage,this was great initially but became very disappointing over last 12 months, seems a definite reduction in service. And secondly I would be much better to have an actual customer service line available for customers to contact an advisor when in need of information or concerns regarding service.
